The Bill (Reg. No. 1109) imposes a ban on using the pre-award relief that can result in usurpation of management of enterprises.
Inter alia, the introduced amendments "prohibit securing a claim by means of adopting a decision by the economic court regarding a ban on holding of enterprise shareholders meeting and adoption of resolutions by them".
The People´s Deputies believe that the said amendments will prevent the so-called "raider" usurpation of economic enterprises, as well as probable abuse of power on the part of the judges.
